Each Friday class teachers pick a child in their class who has been ‘the best that they can be’ during the week. It could be a child who has worked hard, behaved very well, tried their best, made an improvement, or perhaps someone who has made the classroom a happier place. Ms. Mc Mahon visits each classroom and commends the Star of the Week and may give them the Principal’s Award sticker. The children are often rewarded by their class teacher also.
